nimonic80a是以镍-铬为基体，添加铝、钛形成γ′相弥散强化的高温合金，除铝含量略高外，其他与gh4033相近，使用温度700～800℃，在650～850℃具有---的抗蠕变性能和---化性能。该合金冷、热加工性能---，主要供应热轧棒材、冷拉棒材、热轧板材、冷轧板材、带材以及环形件等，用于制造发动机转子叶片、导向叶片支座、螺栓、叶片锁板等零件。

nimonic80a is a γ dispersion-strengthened superalloy formed by adding aluminum&titanium with ni-cr as matrix. it is similar to gh4033 except that the aluminum content is slightly higher. it has good creep resistance&oxidation resistance at 700 ~ 800℃&650 ~ 850℃. the alloy has good cold&hot working performance, mainly supplying hot rolled bar, cold drawn bar, hot rolled plate, cold rolled plate, strip&annular parts, etc., used for manufacturing engine rotor blade, guide blade support, bolt, blade lock plate&other parts.
