这个多户住宅设计的基础是将原始的建筑理念传输到我们现代。新的住宅建筑包括三层一层的单元组成，通过层叠的内部楼梯进入。瓦片是覆盖该地区屋顶的典型材料，只有屋顶和老虎穿用铜或锡制成。我们决定用铜盖住屋顶，北京铜屋面，这就造成了一种犀利的外观，并允许对屋顶区域进行纺织处理。

the basis for the design of this multi-family dwelling lies in transporting the architectural concepts of the original gründerzeit building to our present-day times.the new residential con1struction comprises three one-floor units that are accessed via a cascading interior staircase. tiles are the typical material to cover roofs in the area， only rooflights&dormers are materialized in copper/tin. our decision to cover the roof in copper creates a sharp appearance&allows a textile treatment of the roof areas.
