1117的热处理工艺-交货状态：
氮碳共渗： 操作:向钢件表面同时渗碳和渗氮。 目的:钢件表面的硬度、耐磨性、疲劳强度以及抗蚀能力。 应用要点:1.多用于低碳钢、低合金结构钢以及工具钢制件，一般氮化层深0.02~3mm;2.氮化后还要淬火和低温回火
1117元素对钢的影响：
元素1：h氢对钢铁性能的影响：h是一般钢中有害的元素，钢中溶有氢会引起钢的氢脆、白点等缺陷。氢与氧、氮一样，在固态钢中溶解度极小，在高温时溶入钢液，冷却时来不及逸出而积聚在组织中形成高压细微气孔，使钢的塑性、韧度和疲劳强度急剧，-时会造成裂纹、脆断。“氢脆”主要出现在马氏体钢中，在铁氧体钢中不十分-，一般与硬度和含碳量一起。 另一方面，h能钢的磁导率，但也会使矫顽力和铁损加h后矫顽力可增大0.5～2倍。
