?24小时嫩芽可长3—4厘米；而15℃情况下，只长1厘米；棚温超过35℃时，影响椿芽着色和品质。扣膜后10—15天是缓苗期，应着力气温，白天棚温可在30℃左右。经过1个多月的自然光温积累，芽子萌出后，白天温度控制在25—30℃，夜间控制在13—17℃，采芽期间气温以18—25℃为宜。视情况加盖草苫、纸被以增温或保温。谷雨后地温在18℃以上即可撤掉棚膜，让树苗自然生长。此后树苗虽发育较快，但容易老化，应及早黑红2层2色聚薄膜袋，当香椿芽长到5厘米时，即可隔光薄膜袋。这样既可产量，又能-椿芽不老化。当椿芽长到15厘米时，连袋一起采下，然后去袋销售，这种薄膜袋可多次利用。
