能够在单频和双频上工作。
能够使用话音进行遇险、紧急、安全和公共业务通信。
符合全球海上遇险安全系统gmdss船用无线电通信设备技术要求。
"16"频道为红色独立的按键为求救频道。
技术条件依据是：imoa.80919、gb15304-94、iec61097-12、msc.14977
设备外部设有符合a.80919附件1-3条这规定的标签。
