abs plastic surface often zhanyou oil, hand sweat&release agent, it will make the paint poor adhesion, coating cracking, blistering&shedding. oil removal should be carried out before coating. abs plastic parts are usually cleaned with gasoline/alcohol&then chemically deoiling. the process formula is listed in table 2.
