pa46(聚己二酰)是一种具有高熔点和高结晶度的新型聚树脂。中文名pa46工程塑料适用领域塑料加工所属学科高分子材料与工程俗称尼龙46工程塑料又名聚己二酰工程塑料pa46工程塑料[1]荷兰企业d帝斯曼工程塑料公早成功地确立了工业上生产pa46的，商品名称stanyl,并在全球推广的耐热及耐磨的聚46号。pa46是由和己二酸缩聚而成的脂肪族聚，虽然有尼龙66相似的分子结构，但stanylpa46的每个给定长度的链上的组数更多，链结构更对称；而高度对称的链结构致使其结晶度高约为70%，而且结晶速度快，因而熔点更高295℃，热变形温度也高，而长期使用温度(cut5000hours)可达163℃。这些特性使stanylpa46比其它工程塑料如pa6、pa66、ppa和聚酯在耐热、高温下的机械强度、耐磨等方有技术优势，并且成型周期短，加工更经济。
