扭纹机，也就扭拧机、麻花机，是将金属棒材或管材进行扭曲的设备。一般扭曲的纹路多为麻花状。

扭纹机工作原理/working principle of twisting machine：
扭纹前先将管材或棒材穿过扭转卡口，工件一端固定在移动滑块上，如果是管材，需要在管材内部填充沙土，以防管材扭曲过程中出现爆裂情况，然后开动设备，卡口旋转，带动工件被动旋转，从而形成麻花纹。
