研制s30409镍合金，首先要制备成功ni-al 体系合金。但是这类合金熔点高，是一个黏稠、易氧化体系。东北大学材料系专门设计课题开展研究，研究成功适用于这种ni-al 体系的急冷法关键设备，包括坩埚、喷嘴、铜辊等。我们采用化学法将铝溶解掉，还发现要控制加入碱液速度，防止氢气爆燃，/后s30409镍合金。s30409镍合金催化剂的制备工艺流程如上图所示。其中的另一特点是把抽铝碱液偏-作为原料去制备分子筛，这样使整个生产不排放污水，成为一套绿色生产工艺。在上述成果的基础上，建成了100 吨/年非晶态骨架镍合金催化剂工厂见右图，并开发出一系列品种，用于己内-精制、药物中间体、山梨醇等的加氢反应。
