搪瓷管的使用性能受温度影响

搪瓷管经过高温焙烧、冷却后，搪瓷与钢板就粘结在了一起。由于搪瓷的线膨胀系数和延伸率小于钢板的特性，冷却后搪玻璃的变形量会小于钢板的变形量，而搪瓷受到钢板的约束就会产生压应力。根据工作压力性质的不同，搪瓷波纹管的允许位移也有所区别一般搪瓷波纹管只承受轴向载荷拉力或压力时，它的允许位移可在搪瓷波纹管有效长度的10%~40%之间选用。也就是说搪瓷管制成后，搪玻璃会存在一种预压缩应力，而钢板则存在预拉伸应力。

搪瓷波纹管的使用寿命

　　由此看来，搪瓷管的工作温度对自身使用还是有影响的。用户们在使用过程中，一定要牢记，避免出现任何失误。
