5、泵运转时注意有无杂音及泵内是否有剧烈的磨擦和撞击声，如有就停车检查。

when the pump is

running, pls pay more attetion on the noise&friction&clashing noise, if

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、检查进、出水管路有无进气漏气现象。

water-in&out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如电机与水泵为直联传动，需检查电机与水泵的轴心线是否在同一直线上，以防转时振动。

when the motor&pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor&pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

8、水泵在冬季使用时，停车后应将水泵内和管道内的存水放尽以防冻裂。

in winter, pls run off the water from the pump&pipes.

    9、水泵每使用一个灌溉季节后，应更换润滑黄油后存放。

10、水泵工作满500小时，应仔细拆卸检查零件的磨损情况，如长期停用，应将运转部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

振动原因分析

水泵振动原因分析导致机组和泵房建筑物产生振动的原因较多，有些因素之间既有联系又相互作用，概括起来主要有以下四个方面的原因。

电气方面

潜水泵电机是机组的主要设备，电机内部磁力不平衡和其它电气系统的失调，常引起振动和噪音。如异步电动机在运行中，由定转子齿谐波磁通相互作用而产生的定转子间径向交变磁拉力，或大型同步电机在运行中，定转子磁力中心不一致或各个方向上气隙差超过允许偏差值等，都可能引起电机周期性振动并发出噪音。
