混流泵

开车顺序：

    1、关闭出口闸阀

    2、将水注入水泵，以排除进水管及泵内空气，可从泵体顶端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水开动真空泵，排除水泵及管内气体在水充满水泵的同时，起动水泵，打开闸阀，停止真空泵。

3、开启电动机注意水泵的旋转方向。

    4、当电动机正常运转后，逐步开大闸阀，达到所要求的工况后，调节填料松紧。若水泵运转，轴承温度等都正常，则可继续运行。

sequence

   1.close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe&pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump&pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. when the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.if the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal,&it can run sequentially.

maintenance

    1、经常检查轴承温度，轴承箱内应装70%的钙基黄油，不得过多或过少，轴承升温一般不得比周围超过35°c，轴承的---温度不得超过75°c用手摸感到烫手，若超过应停车检查原因予以消除。

regularly.the bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.the temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°c higher

than around temperature&the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°c,if the temperature is higher than 75°c, stop to check the reason&adjust it.

无法启动

首先应检查电源供电情况：接头连接是否牢靠；开关接触是否紧密；保险丝是否熔断；三相供电的是否缺相等。如有断路、接触---、保险丝熔断、缺相，应查明原因并及时进行修复。其次检查是否是水泵自身的机械故障，常见的原因有：填料太紧或叶轮与泵体之间被杂物卡住而堵塞；泵轴、轴承、减漏环锈住；泵轴---弯曲等。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽；拆开泵体清除杂物、除锈；itshouldbenotonlykeepingthesafetybutalsoshorteningthewaterinletpipeandreducetheheadloss。拆下泵轴校正或更换新的泵轴。

深井潜水泵

首先看一下水泵此时运行的电流和平常运行时候的电流差别有多大。如果比平时运行时候小基上就是平时电流的2\3，那么就有叶轮磨损、泵头上面的止逆阀堵塞等问题。如果和平时电流一样大，那么就是管垫漏水、管子漏水、泵体漏水等问题。如果比平时运行的时候电流大，那么基上可以确定是易损件磨损的问题。另外补充一点，电缆如果破损的话，水量跟平时是一样大，但是电流会变大。3相380v电机的电流一般是2.2a。以上原因只要是经常维修深井泵的修理人员就可以查出来。startthemotor(paymoreattentionontherotationdirectionofpump)4。
