依据gb50016《建筑设计防火规范》、gb50045《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》，防烟楼梯间内机械加压送风防烟系统的压力值应为40pa至50pa，前室、合用前室、消防电梯间前室、封闭避难层间为25pa至30pa，设置压力监控系统；

2、当防烟楼梯间或前室压力达到超压监控值时，前室和楼梯间的压力传感器发出报警信息，压力传感器打开受控加压风机风管上的电动旁通阀用于泄压,压力达到正常区间值后，压力传感器发出信号，压力传感器关闭旁通阀，可通过控制风阀执行器的开启角度来保持压力值稳定在规范要求的范围内；
